No NCERT books are not enough or sufficient to prepare for USPC CSAT or any other part because it is not limited means there is a broad syllabus and you must prefer some following books with NCERT also :

Only NCERT Books are not sufficient for CSAT Exam.I suggest some good books for CSAT Crack.
1.CSAT Exam Book By Dinesh & Co.
2.CSAT Entrance Exam By Pradeep Publication.
3.CSAT Solved Papers By Lakshmi Publication.
4.CSAT Exam Guide By Dr Sandeep Alhuwant.
5.CSAT Comprehensive Book.

Only NCERT Books are not sufficient to crack upsc csat exam.

You should read other helping books.

You should solved previous question paper.

You must watch news channel and read news paper daily

You must read magazine and other GK Books

NCERT books are the first step for approach the target. you read more book for crack the any subject.

number of the books are available in the market.

ncert books are base for the any exam.

no book is sufficient for the any exam.

so more read the other publisher book for the optional subject.

No, it is not sufficient to you to crack the CSAT of UPSC. The NCERT books may be sufficient for you to gain the General Knowledge on various subjects like History, Geography, Science, Political Science etc.. But you have also to acquire the day to days news of both National or International field by reading the newspaper and Magazines. You have also to practise some mock sets of previous year examination. You have also to know all the things that happened in your day-to-day life. Thanks....

dear surely i cannot say that alone NCERT books are sufficient for the upsc examination,

but one thing for sure i can say is that,
if you prepared from NCERT along with few competitive books then surely you can crack the exam,

because NCERT books are the base of the preparation ,

using NCERT books you can easily understand the higher level concepts and can automatically prepare well.
