Friend UPSC organizes only single type of civil service exam and you can appear after completing BA.


Required qualification for CSE

You should be graduate in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent.

Your age should be 21 to 30 years

Age relaxation

SC/ST + 5 years

OBC + 3 years

PH + 10 years

You must be Indian.

As you completed your graduation so you are not eligible for Technical Post only.
That means you are not eligible for IES. Apart it you can seat in any other exam
conducted by it. You are also eligible for IAS.

I am attaching the complete syllabus of your subject as below for IAS examination
Hence It is the most difficult examination of India. So you need very hard prepration to clear this.
