sorry to say but if there is civil case file on you and you are found guilty in that case then you will not be able to apply for any of the upsc examination.

but if the case against you is withdrawn or if you are pardoned ,then you can surely apply for the upsc civil services examination.

dear during your joining you are suppose to be cleared from every aspects including this also that you should not be included in any case in past,
but if you have any then this can make you not eligible for the upsc,
but if you got clearance from the court then its fine ,
otherwise you are not eligible.

You will not able to write the Exams if the case is proved.

If the case is not proved, then you're free to write all the government exams.

No you don't be able to give the upsc exam if a case is filed

Against you and it proved that you are involved in the case

then you can't give the exam as you are thinking for the one of

The highest ranks of the country and how can they give the rank

To a person who is already criminal or registered a case against him and proved

You can only give the exam if you will be proved right

Or you have no issues or not proved any case against you

Then definitely you can go for the exam

And you will be eligible for the exam

But need to be pass in graduation and age must be between21-30

i can understand the situations that you was faced
but if there any case is filed against you it is illegal
even you qualified everything in process of selection
finally they stamped you as an unqualified candidate for the post
in this you have to go other side ,,i.e.,
first go to your family lawyer
and ask him to put a application of non creamy layer
and after you get it then there may be no problem in that issue
any way gud luck siva..

- If there exists any petition filed against you in the court,and your are proved GUILTY,then for sure,you will not be able to join the prestigious honorary posts such as the IAS,IPS,IFS,Revenue Officers,Postal Services,etc through the CIVIL SERVICE Exams that are conducted annually by the UPSC !!
- However,if all the cases against you are proved null and void,i.e., if you are pardoned,or the case against your name is withdrawn,then for sure you can appear the CIVIL SERVICES exams,and relish your dreams by successfully clearing them.
- Hence,if you are keen to appear the Civil Service exams,then I will recommend you to get remove all the cases,if any,filed against you,and then start your preperations at full force. All The Best !!

my family have land problems with my relatives. they filed petition under ORDER 39R.1 & 2, In the Court of JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE, ANANTAPUR. In That Petition my name also in included along with all my family members. can i apply for civils now. If we compromise at court, then also is there any problem to attend civils services exams. please help me guide me. other wise my dreams goes in vien.
