THe written exam consists of objective type questions and the standard is of intermediate type. there are 3 papers , totally 600 marks paper 1: general ability- 200 marks (i)it consists of questions from general knowledge to test the basic understanding of the candidate's general awareness about environment around him/her and its application to the society. (ii) questions to test the command on English language (iii) questions to test the attitude and mechanical aptitude of the candidate (psychological test) paper 2: physical sciences- 200 marks questions from physics and chemistry of intermediate standard paper 3: Mathematics - 200 marks - intermediate standard- topics such as ALgebra,Trigonometry, Differential calcuclus, analytical geometry etc. for more topic wise detailed syllabus, read this attachment

Re: What is the syllabus of UPSC SCRA exam? The written exam for SCRA is of 600 marks. There are three papers and each paper has 200 marks. In Paper 1 you should answer of General Knowledge question, English and psychological test. In paper 2 you have to give exam of physical science in which you have to answer of Physics and chemistry subjects question. In paper 3 you have to give the examination of Maths.
