    dear friend,

First of all i want to make you clear that combined graduate level(TIER-I) is not conducted by UPSC it is conducted by SSC(staff Selection Commission).
you do not need to send the xerox of documents to SSC for apply.
generally you have to show documents at the time of interview or at the time of selection when the asked to produce the documents.

    Good Luck....

    Dear candidate,
You don't need to submit any documents until you are specifically asked to produce them.Usually,a candidate is asked to provide his qualification documents once he is called in for personal interview after the selection in written and other exams.
You just need to provide all the correct information,of yours while filling the form,as the basic thing at this level is TRUST.They expect the candidates to speak all truth and no lie.
Also the exam you spoke about is conducted by SSC and not the UPSC.
So you can do without submitting the documents.
    Good Luck.

COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAM is conducting by SSC(STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION ) not by UPSC(UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION).
it is not necessary to send any attested photocopies.

Sorry, combined graduate level (tier-1) examination is conducted by Staff Selection Commission(SSC), not by UPSC. And for SSC CGLE, no documents are required to send. It will be required at the time of Skill test or PI.
