    Dear,
You will feel good to know that there is no minimum Marks needed for UPSC Exams. You must be Graduate only. But, You have to prepare well to qualify the same. Because, the hark work which you have not done in your graduation you have to do it for UPSC Exams. Because its a Competition and not passing marks is sufficient. You have to score for merit list.

You have score enough marks in BSc. and quite eligible for UPSC Exams. but you need Coaching to concentrate on your studies so work Hard... Good Luck...

    dear aspirant,
you need to score atleast minimum passing marks in the graduation or engineering to become eligible for the upsc exam.

there are no percentage bars for the upsc exams,
percentage is not essential to become eligible for the upsc exam,

you need to be graduated or holder of bachelors degree,
along with that your age should be eligible for the exam then only you can apply for the upsc exam,

    good luck
