there are only two 12th based examinations conducted by upsc.namely
    Special Class Railway Apprentice Exam
National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination (NDA/NA).

    first of all
for the NDA examination you need to pass 12th from a recognized board with
PHYSICS ENGLISH MATHEMATICS as subjects .
and girls are not eligible to apply for this examination.

while for the SCRA examination you need to pass 12th from a recognized board with
PHYSICS CHEMISTRY MATHEMATICS as subjects .
both boys and girls are eligible to apply for this examination.

after that there is the age criteria for these examination.
the age limit to apply for the NDA examination is 16.5-19 years .
while the age limit to apply for the SCRA examination is 17-21 years .
and there is no age relaxation for these examination.

as you mentioned that you are 26 year old now
so you are not eligible to apply for these examination.

but don't worry i suggest you to complete your graduation course in any stream you like .
this will make you eligible to apply for the various other graduation based examination like
    Central Police Forces Examination (CPF)
    Civil Services Examination
    Combined Defense Services Examination (CDS)

for these examination there is an age relaxation of 3 year for the OBC candidates and
an age relaxation of 5 years for the SC/ST candidates .

for these examination you can apply while pursuing the final year of your graduation course.
and there is no percentage bar to apply for these examination.
you just need passing marks to become eligible to apply for these examinations.

    Dear,
According to your age and your qualification at present you are not elgible for any exam.

Because according to your age you complete the age regarding your qualification.

For +2 pass with science subject candidates are eligible for the NDA and SCRA exam ,

The age limit for the candidate is the 16.5 years to 21 years.

For nda exam age limiti is 16.5 years to 19years

For scra exam age limit is the 17 to 21 years.

You have passed the +2 but your age is not match for the paper.

so dear if you want to go with the upsc then complete your degree in any stream then you are eligible for the exam,

for civil service exam the age limit is the 21 to 30years.

for more information please update with the www.upsc.gov.in

best of luck for the future

    dear friend,

sorry to say that you can't give the UPSC exams in the age of 26 years with 12th qualification.

for UPSC exams like Civil Services you need to complete or appearing in final year of graduation.

so if you want to apply you need to complete your graduation. you can also do graduation in distance mode.

    Eligibility Criteria For Civil Services:

    1. graduation in any stream.

    2. your age must be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 August of the year of exam. There is also relaxation in upper age limit : 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

    How To Apply?

UPSC has provided the facility to fill the application form online on following link:

Sorry Dear, at this age you can't appear UPSC with 12th. To compete in UPSC now you have to complete your Graduation as soon as possible. But, after that also you are in the edge, if you belongs to General Caste. Because, General Caste candidates are allowed up to the age of 30yrs. only.

Dear, complete your Graduation as soon as possible even its better for you if you complete your Masters....it will open lots of scope for you...so work hard... Good Luck....
