As there no % requirements in these exams, so don't worry about it. Your age must be 21-30 years if you want to give IAS or IFS.

Re: Am I eligible for UPSC exams after graduation? I have scored 83% in 10th and 53% in 12th. Can I pursue my career in IAS or IFS(Indian Foreign Service) through Civil Services examination? Suggest some courses for my graduation. yes dear, after graduation you will be fully eligible to apply for the upsc examinations.such as Central Police Forces Examination (CPF) Civil Services Examination Combined Defense Services Examination (CDS) your score in the 10th and the 12th class is not needed for your eligibility for the examination conducted by upsc . even there is percentage bar to apply for the upsc examinations . as you are interest to appear for the upsc civil services examination to become an IAS officer , i wanna tell you the basic requirement to apply for this examination. first of all to become eligible for the upsc civil services examination you are needed to have a graduation or engineering degree from a recognized university under UGC. you must attain the age of 21 years at least to become eligible for this examination. so your graduation can be in any stream or subjects . this will be sufficient for your eligibility for the civil services examination. in my point of view you should complete your graduation with such subjects that you wanna take for the MAINS EXAMINATION of the civil services examination.

Suggest some courses for my graduation. As my friend you did not mention which stream you had in your 12th so that it is difficult for me to give you clear cut idea but as your 12th percentage is very low and if you had science in 12th then better that you don't go for engineering , medical because you can't survive in this field . You may go for B.Com or if you have good knowledge of computer then go for B.C.A. , it will help you . If you are in arts then go for B.A. You may also study in B.Sc , B.B.A. if you are interested . Based on your interest select any graduation course and study it . With your graduation also start the preparation for the UPSC exam so that you will prepare well at the time of exam because you have lots of time . Good Luck
