1. Manage your time table.
2. Start preparation according to UPSC syllabus.
3. Study 6th to 12th NCERT books.
4. Read newspapers and magazines daily.
5. Concentrate on English and GK.
6. Keep Solving previous year papers.

You have to plan your time as scheduled. Choose subjects that you know it fits your stream and easy to pass. Prepare well as if you wont prepare again.

The very first thing you need to do is BELIEVE IN YOURSELF THAT YOU CAN DO IT.

Then try to increase your concentrating skills.

A person who study concentrated for one hour is equal to the one who's not concentrating and catching the book for 10hours.

I hope now you understood the importance of concentration.

Create a time table. Go through it even if the world flips up-side down.

In short time but it requires a lot of hard work

Focus and determination towards your goal

Follow the steps :

-Work hard daily on all subjects

-Your focus should be on the goal

-Do daily practice because practice makes a man perfect

-Work according to your strength

-Find out your week points first

-And then need to improve your week points

-Your body language and confidence should be always up to the mark

-You will power should be always high

-Keep cool and always be patience

there is no maximum or minimum rule within the criteria ,ones go through the syllabus and last years paper if you feel you have as much of knowledge that you can crack thie exam in short span then write this or otherwise sit and study till you start feeling so!all the best

with minimum time in your hand than to crack UPSC exam you should get well prepared only by having a revision of ur 12th class books of physics,chemistry,mathematics. best of luck

In the case of short cut, there is no short tricks for compete the exams, if you really want to do this - you try to do the hard work and concentration of the time of study.
You select your time table and your target when you do this you studied minimum four hous in a day.
you start study and give little more time to that subject wether you lack of knowledge.
I feel after doing such that of practice you deffinately crack an any competetive exam, but please donot think like that to short tricks, that is not gud you always use simple method with true heart.

According to minimum time for preparation it is not like that - first you need daily practice minimum four hours. In this time you just practice all subjects and do the main concentration wether you feel lack of knowledge about a subject,.
In that type of competetion basic knowledge are testing by the examineer so always keep updated with cuurent affairs and knowledge.
