IAS/IPS are major responsible for doing every thing in our country. they are appoint to help the peoples and make the country better.
To made the IPS/IAS candidate must hard work and prepare the exams.
The candidate must start preparatiob for this exam for a coaching institute which will make your preparation
Candidate must check the required age criteria for this exam or not
In general category should be in 21-30 years and OBC candidate have relaxation is there in upper age limit upto 3 years

IAS / IPS is a dream for the people of country ...
People look forward to them .. Its a huge responsability ...
You gotta stand for those responsabilities ...

You need to become hard and prepare well for your examinations (Civil Services).
You gotta be outstanding in your field ...
You must be responsible enough and it must be shown in the interviews ...

time is all about getting things done .. you need to be very much into your subjects .. so thats the time you need to get into IAS or IPS ...
