    Dear candidate,
    A blind candidate is eligible to apply for the Civil Service exams conducted by the UPSC.
    If he has the requisite graduation degree,then he can surely apply for this exams,although he has a limited posts to choose from.
    There is a relaxation of 3years in the upper age limit of 30yrs for applying this exams.
    Also,the physically handicapped candidates are allowed 7 attempts to appear this exams.
    Good Luck.

    You are eligible for civil services examination but you should not choose services like;
    Indian Police Services

    You can apply for Indian Administrative Services, Indian Revenue services,
    Indian Foreign Services, etc.
