IAS officer must role major tasks like
->Planning
.->Policy Formulation.
->Assessment.
->Supervision.
->Information Providing.
->Represent of Govt.of India.
->management in Roles.
->Financial roles.
->Strictly follows schemes provided by Governement to common people too....

Dear

IAS Officer are recruited by UPSC and posted under various state government. The officer carry high respect in the society coupled with the significant task of administering public office, making it one of the most desirable jobs in India.

While State Government have control over them they can not censure or take disciplinary action against IAS .

The examination of IAS is conducted by UPSC.
IT has three stage
1 Preliminary Exam
2. Main Exam
3.Interview
