UPSC Civil Services exams are considered most competitive exam due to various reasons.

UPSC Civil Services Exam(CSE) is one of the most prestigious and toughest exam.
Recruitments are made to 24 services/posts like IAS,IPS,IFS,etc.

The exam procedure is very rigirous and long,free and fair in nature devoid of all corruption or partiality
on the basis of favouratism,caste,creed or religion,sex,age,etc of candidates.

Candidates from all over India and from every state apply for UPSC CSE.
No.of candidates applying is very high as compared to the vacancies for recruitment every year.

The level toughness of exam papers is very high,it is designed to test the indepth knowledge and
the intellegence of the candidates.

The syllabus for UPSC CSE is very vast and subjective in nature.The candidates must have deep

It is most competitive exam because each and every graduation student is eligible for the exam.

Civil service exam is the highest position in the India.

So every candidate wants the officer in the Indian administration then the exam is most competitive other than the entrance exam.


For this exam qualification is required any graduation in any stream from the approved university is eligible.


The age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years for the unreserved category with 4 chances to attempt the exam.


The age relaxation for the OBC category is the 3 years and 5 years for the SC/St category.


The exam notification may be declare in the month of the January 2013 and preliminary exam held in the month of the May.
