manage your time table according to study.
follow best books
practice old sample paper of scra exam.
your base of 12th pcm subject should be strong.

there is no tips to crack SCRA or any other cometetive exam
the road to sucess is build by hard work and determination
so study well and try solving previous years question papers as well as some sample papers

SCRA stands for special class railway apprentices. This examination is conducted by union public service commission for every year.

Tips for Creck SCRA Examination:

>>you should be clear in basics For 11th and 12th physics,chemistry and maths.
>>Collect the Model and previous years question papers.(attached below)
>>you should be updated in general knowledge and current affairs.

study +1 & +2 physics, chemistry & maths.
collect model & previous years question papers.
practice english. follow 6th std -10th std english books. also solve many previous years question papers.
update gk current affairs.
study 8 - 10 hrs/day.

Hi,here are some tips to Crack SCRA Exam1 You need to attain minimum qualifying scores in subject. Thus, focusing on one subject and ignoring the other may land you in a hot soup. So, divide your timeamong the subjects more equitably. - Try conventional methods first.- If they don�t work out, try to understand the problem again and find clues that can lead you tosolution. - Go through the concepts related to the problem once againand see how they can be applied to the problem in hand.- Try to relate the problem to real-life situations. It will help you to analyze it better.

the most important thing to crack the exam is that you should ve very much cleared with the concepts of previous classes as the standard of the SCRA exam is of 12th class so should be very well prepared with the 12th class syllabus of physics,chemistry,mathematics ,
paractice as much as you can so that you can complete the exam in given span of time.
also be updated with the general knowledge....best of luck

be clear with the basic concepts of the syllabus.
the syllabus is same as for your 12th board exam-physics,chemistry and mathematics.
practice as many questions from a good book and keep yourself upto the time limit.
also practice on general and logical english.

SCRA stands for Special Class Railway Apprentices Examination.

The Union Public Service Commission will hold this for recruitment to the Special Class Apprentices in the Mechanical Department of India Railways.
The examination will be held at various centers across the country.

ELIGIBILITY:

Age limits:
Not less than 17 years and not more than 21 years on 01st August of the year of exam.
The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the notice

Educational qualifications:
Must have passed in the first or second division in the intermediate or an equivalent examination of a university or board approved by the govt of India and Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as subjects of the examination

Physical standards:
Candidates must be physically fit according to the rules of SCRA exam.

PATTERNS OF EXAM:-

Part I -
Written examination carrying a maximum of 600 marks in the subjects as shown below.

Part II -
Personality Test carrying a maximum of 200 marks in respect of only those candidates who are declared qualified on the results of written examination.

The subjects of the written examination under Part I, the time allowed and the maximum marks allotted to each subject/paper shall be as follows:

Paper-I
General Ability Test (English, General Knowledge and Psychological Test)
Time allowed - 2 Hours
Maximum marks -200

Paper-II
Physical Sciences (Physics and Chemistry)
Time allowed - 2 Hours
Maximum marks -200


Paper-III
Mathematics
Time allowed - 2 Hours
Maximum marks -200

Total Marks = 600

TIPS TO CRACK THE EXAM:-

• Practice English usage and vocabulary for general English.
• Concentrate on the topics of physical geography, polity, history, social planning, social welfare, economics and five year plans under general knowledge category.
• GK preparation can be done perfectly by studying science and social text books of sixth class to tenth class.
• For physics, chemistry and maths topics refer intermediate text books.
• Practice model papers not less than five in number.

I m 12 pass student in science stream. i m doing IIT coaching but i m not qualified,I m very nervous but now i want crack SCRA.how ? in this stage i cnt unterstand .i know i can & i will.so for SCRA for sugges me that i can crack.
