UPSC Means Union Public Service Commission And the UPSC Conducts many Examinations like NDA, CDS, SCRA, IES, Civil Services Examination, IFS and Many More....
The Eligiblity Criteria Are Vary From Exams to Exams. For Example - If You have Completed your 12Th Examination, Then You are eligible To Apply for NDA Examination and SCRA Examination. But To apply for NDA Examination You age Should Between 16.5 To 19 Years And for SCRA Examination Your age should between 17 to 21 Years.
And After Graduation You are Eligible To apply for UPSC Civil Services Exams, IES, and CDS Examination. And for all these examination Your age should between 21 To 30 Years. So, You have to decide In which examination you are eligible and Interested Because you have not mentioned your Educational Qualification, So its not possible for me to give you the exact details.
But If you are Graduate in Any Discipline from a recognised university and interested to become IAS , IPS Officer then you have to apply for UPSC Civil services examination, the examination was held every year 2 times and notification was announced in the month of February In the official website or employment Newspaper.
If you are engineering Graduate, then you are eligible to apply for IES Examination.
