upsc will conduct exams offline not online only the applying procces is online, and it has already relased the link for downloading hall tickets so you can visie the web site of upsc.

Dear candidate,
The UPSC Civil Service examinations are not conducted online but you can do fill the forms online.
The forms are out about in the month of February and last till about First week of March.
The preliminary exams are basically conducted in the month of May and you get the admit card about a couple of weeks prior to the scheduled date of examination.
You May even download it from the official website of the upsc-www.upsc.gov.in

Visit upsc.gov.in.The required information will definitely be updated on time.And don't worry you will be getting notification about downloading your hall ticket.Good Luck!

Firstly, Your Question is Incomplete and thats why I cant help you Correctly.

So, whenever you asked questions please mentioned the Examination name properly, so that we will provide you better Guidelines.

UPSC never sends the Admits Card through Via Post from this year Onward's. You have not mentioned that in which examination you have applied for. But I guess that you have applied for NDA (I) Examination.

If you have Applied for NDA (I) Examination, then please download the E-Admit Card soon from the official website of UPSC.

The E-Admit cards is availiable in the official websites, The examination will be held soon on 15/April/2012.

So, please download the Admit card soon from the official websites before the examination otherwise you will face problem to download your Admit card because for Rush in last moment.

To download the E-Admit card, you have to visit the UPSC Official website and Click on the " E-Admit card Link" and then you have to enter your Registration ID and Your Correct Date of Birth and then you can Print/Download your NDA Examination Admit card and you can appeared for Examination.
