if you want to get a Railways job then you should have to appeared IAS EXAM .


IES stands for INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICE conducted by UPSC (UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION).


if you will passed this exam then you can definetly get a perfect railways job.


ELIGIBILITY FOR IES EXAM:-


*you should have to passed graduate in engineering from the recognized university.

* final year appearing students can also apply.

* age should be 21 to 30 years.

* age relaxation for obc 3 years, for sc/st 5 years.

* you should be indian.

You can appear in IES examination i.e. Engineering Services Examination of UPSC. In this exam you defiantly find Railway Jobs the Jobs for you are:- (i) Indian Railway Service of Electrical
Engineers.
(ii) Indian Railway Stores Service (Electrical
Engineering Posts).
(iii) Central Electrical and Mechanical
Engineering Service (Electrical Engg.
Posts).
(iv) Indian Naval Armament Service etc.

If you appearing in final exam of university then also you can appear in IES examination.

After completing b.tech you want to get railway job.You are electronic student then you can apply for IES exam.
IES stands for Indian engineering services.After qualifying that exam you can get a good job in railway.
Requirements-

Candidate should be completed his\her degree course.
Candidate should be India civilization.
Age requirement-

21-30 for general
21-33 for OBC
21-35 for SC\ST

There are number of jobs in the indian railway's based on your qualifications.
The jobs in the Indian railway's are divided in to grades they are as
Grade-A
Grade-B
Grade-C
Grade-D
These are conducted by UPSC in the every year.

Qualification required:
1.must completed graduation/inter
2.You age do not exceeds 30 years and do not exceeds 33 years fo OBC and do not exceeds 35 years for SC/ST candidates

How to select:
1.Written exam
2.Medical tests
3.Personal Interview

How to apply:
First you have to buy an application form and fill your details.And add your cast certificate and Marks memos to the application form and then post it.

For getting into railways,visit http://www.rrb.gov.in where the notifications come out every year.Other than that,there are also upsc and ssc combined graduate level examinations through which you can get into railways.For that you need to visit www.upsc.gov.in and http://ssc.nic.in.Good Luck!
