upsc exams are those exams which are conducted by union public service commission to provide jobs to the graduated candidates...
upsc conducts various exams like ....
NDA(national defence academy): candidates who passed the intermediates with physics,mathematics and english and are of the age between 16.5 to 19.5 years can apply for the NDA exam.

CDS(combined defence service): candidates who completed graduation form a recognized university can apply for CDS
age limit for CDS is 21 to 30 years.
final years appearing candidates can also apply.
candidates belonging to OBC and SC/ST category gets age relaxation of 3 years and 5
years.

IPS(indian police service) : candidates who completed graduation form a recognized university can apply for IPS
age limit for IPS is 21 to 30 years.
final years appearing candidates can also apply.
candidates belonging to OBC and SC/ST category gets age relaxation of 3 years and 5
years.

eligibility criteria for UPSC Examinations:-
Nationality:- The candidate must be the citizen of India to apply for the Indian Administrative Service & Indian Police Service.
Age Limit: - The candidate should be minimum 21 years of age for applying and the maximum age limit to apply for the UPSC Exams is 29 years.
Educational Qualification: - The candidate should have a degree completed from any of the institutes established by an Act of Parliament or any University deemed by the University Grant Commission under section 3, Act, 1956. The candidates with a degree from any of the recognized universities can apply for the UPSC Exams.
Number of attempts: - Every eligible candidate is allowed to attempt the Civil Services Examination four times.

UPSC is not Exam, It is the Authority who Conducts the Different Examination and The eligibility Criteria are vary form Exam to Exam.

For Civil Services Examination : You have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognised University and your age should between 21 to 30 years, Final year graduate candidates are also eligible for Civil services Examination.

For CDS Examination : You have to complete your Graduate degree course form a recognised University and your age should between 19 to 25 Years, No Upper age relaxation is applicable for Any candidates, Eligible candidates may apply for IMA/ OTA / Air Force / Naval Academy.
