    Its totally depends on merit list bt I can say i you belongs to SC/ST category then your chance for OTA................

    Dear,
    It is depending on the whole merit list which is prepared by the upsc in the last.
    The merit list is depending on the number of the candidate and the average of the marks obtained by the candidate.
    Let�s see final merit list.
