If you have get confirmation message on your mail id, then there is no required of print out of Application form.

Although you want to print it then follow these steps:

1. Go the the website www.upsconline.nic.in
2. Click on ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATION OF UPSC
3. Click on View/Print Application option which is appear at the top of right side on the page.
4. Write your Registration No and Fill your Date of Birth.
5. Click on submit button.
Your application form will be open now you can print it by clicking on Print option or save it

Of course, you must have a printer attached with your system , here are the necessary steps-

# Go to the website- www.upsconline.nic.in
# You get two links , click on the first link - " ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC"
# Now,look carefully at the top right of the page that appears.
# Click on " view/print application "
# Type in your date of birth and registration number.
# Here u are, u will be shown your completed application , with your photo and the signature.
# At the bottom of this page you will see " print preview"
# Go for it , and after that, just click print.
