Hello,To be eligible for the upsc exam you should have a degree in any of the field..Its not necessary that you should be a graduate in b.com or b.sc or b.a etc etc..So you are eligibe..Good luck..

Your age must be between 21 to 30 years for general candidates and 21-35 years for OBC, 21-35 years for Sc/St ,21-40 years for PH........
You must be the citizen of India..........

general-4, obc-7 , sc/st-no limit
Satisfying all the above criteria you will be eligible for the CSE exam conducted by the UPSC...........

as UPSC only sought " A CANDIDATE MUST BE UNIVERSITY GRADUATE FROM RECOGNISED UNIVERSITY OR EQUIVALENT" BEsides that he must fulfill other elgibility criteria time to time forced by the UPSC.

he should be within age limit of 21-30 years relaxed in upper age for reserved categories by 3yrs for OBC, 5yrs for SC/ST.

he should be within number of attempts prescribed by the UPSC which are 4 for general, 7 for OBC fixed.
