Dear candidate, You can surely appear for both the UPSC & MPSC EXAMINATIONS SIMULTANEOUSLY. The only difference between them is that the UPSC Conducts exams at central level whereas the MPSC Conducts exams at the state level. So there is absolutely no issue in appearing for both at the Same time. Just prepare well and work hard. Good Luck.
