    Which books should I follow for Civils preparation? How should I prepare myself to become an successful IAS officer?

    i have completed ma 2 and gonna do civil engg........im very much interested in taking up civil service exam....and for that i need some suggestions so on to which books to be referred and the subjects to be concentrated more on.....in what way to prepare myself??? what way should my thinking be so that i can compensate to that level to be a successful IAS Officer.........
