for upsc exam minimum education qualification required is graduation ...if you have completed your graduation from a recognized university then you can apply for the upsc exam...in order to apply for the upsc exam you need to visit the official website www.upsc.gov.in and if you want to apply for the upsc exams online then you can visit the website www.onlineupsc.nic.in

Graduation from a recognized university is the only degree required to sit for UPSC and MPSC.Added to that you also have to be a citizen of India,Nepal or Bhutan and must be aged between 21-30yrs.Please visit http://upsc.gov.in click on Examinations tab and you'll get to know about all the details.Good Luck!

The essential educational qualification to appear for the UPSC or the MPSC is holding a degree of graduation,or equivalent from an UGC recognized university,or being a final year student in the same.
The MASTERS DEGREE IS IRRELEVANT AND ISN'T REQUIRED.

THE FORMS ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE AND IN THE POST OFFICES IN ABOUT THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY.

dear friend it is necessary to have completed graduation before applying for UPSC or MPSC if you are in final year of graduation then also you can apply for both the exams but it is not necessary to have the masters degree to apply for these exams you have to visit their respected websites for upsc it is upsconline.nic.in and for mpsc it is mpsconline.gov.on ok buddy
