    yes. you can opt a medical subject as optional. there are so many subjects in the UPSC list which you can choose. in other words UPSc provide a list of 51 subject that you can choose according to your choice.

    yes dear you can take medical science as optional subject in upsc exam but beware dear whatever subject you will choose the exam will cover everything you studied till graduation .so you need to prepare well.good luck

    Dear candidate,
    You can surely opt for MEDICAL SCIENCE as an optional subject in the Civil Services MAINS Exams conducted by the UPSC.
    To your knowledge,I would like you to remember that the subject will cover everything that you have studied until your graduation,and not only your graduation syllabus.
    So you should avoid any sort of selective study,and be severe with all the contents of this subject you have been studying since this subject was introduced in your course.

    Hello,

    Of course you can take Medical Science in UPSC mains exam. There are total 51 Optional Subjects in UPSC Mains exam in which Medical Science is also a Subject.

    There are paper 1 and paper 2 in Mains Exam. In paper 1 You find the Medical Science as the subject.

    Paper 2 is the Language Subject link Hindi, English, Urdu, Bengali etc.

    hi. i m final year physiotherapy student,can i take medical science as optional in main exam ,in medical science subject syllabus only one medical subject (which i had studied during my graduation)or whole medical science subjects include in that...pls tell me i m confused about that...
