there is no such provision to know about your exam center unless admit card is dispatched at your E-mail.

Dear candidate,
-for reasons based on safety and security,the centre of examinations is not disclosed much before the actual date of examination.
-your centre of examination will most probably be a government institution in or near the location you might have opted for while filling in the application form.so the location will be decided by you itself.
-but you will know the exact centre once you receive the admit card of your sbi exams only.

Dear candidate
if you want to know about the exam center you will get this information from your Admit card which you will receive from the Bank recruitment center before appearing in the exam.
you have also received a mail regarding the test center. you can check it after registering on the website recruitment system
