What is the work an IES officer are going to perform like in Railways, Water servies, Power services. ?
Will they be considered as equivalent to an IAS officer in facilities ?
Will they provide Govt vehicle(yellow light vehicle) to an IES officer as they are giving to an IAS officer ?
Will an IES officer be equally powerful as an IAS officer ?
