    Hello

CRPF stands for Central Reserve Police Force and does not mean army at all.Indian army has its own meaning and values.CRPF are only for reserved categories, they have no connection with army.

You can not become a army officer through CRPF.
NDA is a entry scheme for all three wings of defence that is army, navy, air force.

Do not mix up army and CRPF together, they are different and works in a different manner.

    Hello,

CRPF MEANS CENTRAL RESERVE POLICE FORCE THAT IS NOT FULL INDIAN ARMY.

IT ONLY WORKS WHEN THERE IS SOMETHING EMERGENCY IN TOWNSHIP OR CITY.

THROUGH NDA YOU CAN GO FOR THE "INDIAN AIR FORCE", "INDIAN NAVY" , "INDIAN ARMY", "INDIAN EXECUTIVE ARMY".

You can apply for the CDS examination online at www.upsconline.nic.in

There are three academies in CDS examination:

I.M.A. and Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy

There are different eligibility criteria for these different academies.

    1. For I.M.A. and Officers Training Academy- Graduation Degree from a recognized University .

    2. For Indian Naval Academy : Degree in Engineering for CDSE or B.Sc. (with Physics or Mathematics) for NCC entry.

    3. For Air Force Academy : Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

    Wish you all the best,
