Hi,
NDA is a very famous exam amongst the youngsters.

The eligibility criteria for the exam is as following-

"The candidate must have an age between 16 1/2 years and 19 years"

Since your age is 20,hence you cannot sit for the exam!

Sorry to say that you can't apply for NDA exam at the age of 20

years. For NDA exam your age must be within 16.5 years to 19

years.

Eligibility Criteria for NDA:

1. 12th with Math and Physics

2. your age must be within 16.5 years to 19 years.

NDA exam is conducted for defence Services. It means that you

want to go for defence services.

you can also join defence services through UPSC CDS exam.

For CDS exam you must have completed your graduation.


Eligibility Criteria For CDS:

Education qualification:

• For IMA and OTA: Graduation from recognized college or University.
• For INA and IAF: B.Sc with Math and Physics or Engineering degree

Age Limit:

• For INA: 19 years to 22 years
• For IAF: 19 years to 23 years
• For IMA: 19 years to 24 years
• For OTA: 19 years to 25 years

Dear questioner you can not enroll your name for NDA exam at the age of 20.

Eligibility:

1.Education for NDA: a 12th with the subjects PCM can apply for army/navy/air force.
other candidates can apply for Army wings only.

2.NDA exam conduct's by UPSC twice in a year.

3.AGE: age must be within 16.5 years to 19 years.

4.Eye sight: free from night/color blind and eye sight must be normal 6/6 and height minimum 157cms.

5.An unmarried Indian male can apply.

Under the above condition you can enroll your name for N.D.A

NO YOU ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR THE NDA.

The eligibility criteria for applying in the NDA are-

1)Educational Qualification-10+2 with physics and maths for air force,navy and with any stream for army.
2)Age limit-16.5 to 19+ years.
3)Only unmarried male candidate are required.

Hence your age does not matches the criteria required,so you are not applicable.

Your are not eligible for NDA because you age will not satisfy your age must be between 16.5 to 19 years...

Eligibility criteria for required.

~~ you must be 12th passed /appeared from a govt recognized university.

~~you must be the citizen of India.

~~you must be medically fit.

~~your age must be in between 16.5-19 years.

~~your height must be minimum 157 cm.

NDA: National defense academy.

Union Public Service Commission will hold the NDA exam twice a year.

The minimum eligibility for NDA is graduation.

Your age should in between 16.5-19 years.

So at the age of 20 years you are not eligible.

No you cannot enroll for NDA entrance exam at the age of 20 years since you do not satisfy the basic eligibility criteria of age limit.
Basic Eligibility Criteria's
Candidate must basically be Indian.
Candidate must be unmarried.
The age of the candidate must be in between 16 1/2 and 19 years only.

Educational Eligibility criteria
For Indian Airforce or Naval Academy the candidates must have completed/Appearing 10+2 in PCM Stream only
For Indian Army the candidates of all streams in 10+2 are eligible to apply.

Sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for the NDA examinations as the minimum age limit is 16.5 years and maximum age limit is 19 years and your age is 20 years.NDA examinations are conducted on the basis of 10+2.


If you are interested in joining defence then after completing your graduation ,you can go for the CDS examinations that stands for Combined defence services examinations.It is also conducted twice every year by UPSC and the requirements are :

>>Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university .Final year candidates can also apply.

>>The age limit:

IMA:19-24 years

INA:19-22 years

OTA:19-25 years

>>You must be an Indian citizen.

• You can't enroll for the National defence academy (NDA) examination at the age of 20 years.
• You need to have passed the intermediate stage from an recognised board.
• The age limit which you must have in between the 16.5 years to 19 years.
• There is no provision for age relaxations to any category.
• You must be citizen of India, must be male and also unmarried.
• Since you are not eligible, now you can appear in the Combined defence services (CDS) With having an qualification of graduation from an recognised university.

For this candidate must be between 16.5 - 19 year, while your age is 20 years

Only those unmarried candidate whose age is between 16.5 to 19 year and 12th pass can apply.

So dear you are not eligible for NDA exam.

SCRA EXAMS :-

you should be passed 12th class.

age should be 17 to 21 years.

Age Limit and Qualification for NDA Entrance Exam

Candidates who are appearing for the NDA exam must be unmarried males.
They must be atleast 16 1/2 years and not more than 19 years on January 1st or July 1st of the year subsequent to the year of the exam.

Eligibility for NDA exam 2013

Candidate must have completed his 12th class in any discipline from a recognized board or Institute if he want to apply for Indian Army Department but if the candidate want to apply for Air Force or Navy department jobs then he must have completed his 12th class with Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject from a recognized board.

All those aspirants who want to apply for this exam must be between 16.5-19 years in age and you have crossed the maximum age limit which is required for NDA exams so that you are not eligible to apply for NDA exam.

If you want to go in defense department then you have a chance to apply for defense sector jobs which is - CDS : Combined Defense Services in which you should have completed your degree from a recognized university and your age should be between 21-25 years so that you should go for graduation and prepare for CDS exam which is conducted by UPSC Board and if you wist to apply for Air Force or Naval Ship department then you need to have completed your degree with physics and mathematics as a compulsory subject.
