to apply for nda you need be a 12th pass aspirant with maths and english as subjects .no diploma is required for that.
so if you are a 12th pass candidate with maths and english as subjects in your 12th class then you can apply for upsc nda exam.
basic eligibility for this exam are
first,you need to be an Indian male
secondly you must have pass 10+2 with maths and english as subjects

for you do need to complete your bachelors .and there is no percentage bar to apply for nda or any of the upsc exam
thirdly your age should lie between 16.5 to 19years.

dear to apply for NDA you need 12th passed with english,mathematics and physics,
you don't need to do diploma for this,

candidate must be an indian male.
candidate must have passed intermediates from recognized board or university with mathematics,physics and english.
age of candidate must lie between 16.5 to 19 years.

Dear Candidate,
-You are definitely eligible to appear for the NDA Exams,even if you are holding a degree of Diploma,as all candidates who have passed their +2 or Equivalent exams from a recognized board or university,are eligible to appear for the exams.And your diploma degree signifies an equivalent degree.
Other Eligibility Criteria to appear for the NDA Exams :
-You must be a citizen of India.
-You must be of 16.5 to 19 yrs of age,as on a month prior to the date of examination.
-You must have had Physics and Maths as a subject to be eligible to appear for Navy and Air Force.
-You must meet the Physical and Medical requirements of the NDA Exams.

You can apply for these exams twice in an year,if you fulfil the eligibility criteria completely.

Basic eligibility required for NDA are:
- You are eligible for NDA after 10+2 exam.
-only unmarried male candidates are eligible.
-candidates appearing in 12th class can also apply.
- Age : From 19 Years to 24 years. Engineer graduates 20 to 27 years
- Degree. BA, B.Sc or B.Tech/BE

for nda a candidate have to go for central defense service exam for applying in nda.
The requirement or the eligibility for the filling cds exam application is given below.

Candidate should be passed +2 with physics and math
candidate age should be 16.5 to 19 years
candidate should be an indian
candidate must be physical fit

the notification for the same candidate can download it or view it from the website of the upsc. The website of the upsc is www.upsc.gov.in

the important date for the exam is given below.

The date of notification 02-06-2012
last date for application is 02-07-2012
exam date 16-09-2012

the notification for this exam is also issued in the employment news paper.
