You can choose any subject for second optional.
As you are interested for Public administration you can go for it.
There is nothing like some paper is easy or some optional paper is hard.
It totally depends upon your interest, knowledge & view.
If you are sound enough in public administration you can choose it.
Purchase good books for your preparation.
Otherwise you can also choose for sociology & psychology subjects.
There are also very mark fetching subjects.
choice is yours.

Which subject would be Best for me to take as second Optional subject for Civil Services exam?

I am very new to the preparation for UPSC Civil services exams,My Question is related to the subject selection. I am taking geography as my 1st optional and I want suggestion on 2nd optional. I am choosing among Public Adm & Management. I am an MBA grad and have some background on Management subject while I heard Public Adm is easy to cover and Coaching & Books are easily available. Please suggest me which subject would be good for me to take as second optional.
