Hello Dear,

I think the counting the number of hour in study is doesn't matter, If any thing is matter that i show much course you complete in a day , this is more important.

Concentration is another thing which is also matter in your preparation if your concentration is good then you can prepare your course in a short span of time but if it is weak then you can take long time to complete your syllbus
Tips For Cracking exam is
Collect the study material, test papers, Be confident
never think negative thinking in your mind
read news paper daily. reading newspaper is very beneficial for you because you cover a lot of awareness from this.

Hi,

See,it depends upon you.
If you have a very good concentration power and you are focused towards your goal,then 4 hours a day must be more than sufficient.

Just remain focused and keep working hard!

Always keep two things in mind-
1) Hard work is the only ladder to success
2) Practice makes a man perfect

So just keep practicing some questions and take sample tests in order to check out where you actually stand!

hi,
as per the toppers interviews cracking the IAS/IPS exam needs at least 6 to 8 hours per day study. but if you have certain subjects already prepared then you can decide your study hours accordingly. so basically it's up to you and your preparation level that how much study hours you need to put in.

To crack the civil service exam you would be work hard

You must spent 4-5 Hrs at study daily.
You should read newspaper and magazine
You shoudl read NCERT Books
You should solved previous question paper
You should read helping Books
You can join best coaching center

Hi Aspirant Well it depends on you rather than us we don't know about your intelligence level so it's difficult to say that you can clear the exam with out any doubt in just daily 4 hours preparation as if you have good IQ Level than no doubt you can clear the exam but if some what your intelligence level is not up to the mark than i don't think you can clear it as for the exam you should need to study 10 hours and in Mains exam it is must and may be some people in the forum to increase their post count say yes it is possible but in my sense it is not possible at all and check all the interviews of the persons who had already cleared the exam they will say only one thing that they study minimum 12 hours a day and some of them 16 hours a day believe it or not but it is trueSome Steps to prepare for the exam : -Always be confident and be positive -Never give up means always try to clear your goals -Study in regular nature -Make a time table and study according to the time table Best of luck

No, between 4-5 hours daily if you give your study for UPSC CSAT exam. Then offcourse you can prepare for exams.
