I am partially deaf and mute. If I clear Mains exam will I get IAS or any other central post? upsc Sir. I am applying for cse 2012 . I use hearing aid . But i dont have physical disability certificate. And many doctor say different thing. So i havent clue abt my disability. But i fill my category as deaf-mute in form. Sir i want to know that if i clear main exam and my disability found less than desired. Than would i be eligible for ias post or other central post.. And under which category i would belong.
