You can Appear for Engineering Service Exam.

>>The minimum education qualification required for IES is Graduation Degree in any of Engineering branch.

>> And age limit is 21-30 years.

>> Candidate must be citizen of India.

>> Final year candidate can also appear for IES exam.

Here are some Magazines And Newspaper that will help you to increase your GK and Current Affairs:

>> Magazines:

1) Chronicle

2) Yojana

3) Pratiyogita Darpan

4) Kurukshetra

5) India Today


Newspapers:

1) The Hindu

2) Times Of India

As per my suggestion you should prefer Magazine Chronicle and Newspaper The Hindu.
