It is nice that you want to become IPS officer in future.

As you know that IPS exam stands for Indian Police service which is conducted by UPSC to become IPS officer.

To join IPS exam, you must be passed a graduation degree from a Indian recognized university.

There is no percentage requirement.

Appearing in final year candidates are also eligible.

You can take any stream to become IPS officer.

Your age should be between 21-30 years.

You must be physically as well as mentally fit.

IPS exam consist;-

Civil services preliminary exam

Civil services Mains exam

Interview

Last date of civil services exam is over. This exam is conducted in may moth of 2013.

you have to wait for next year notification for IPS exam.
