If however any change is brought then UPSC will notify with timely notice. Dear Regarding preparation you should not divert your mind on rumours and concentrate only on the exam you are aiming for. Remember there is no shortcut to sucess.It can be achieved only by hard work and determination. Thank you and All the Best
