Dear Aspirant Yes Chemistry is among one of the 25 optional listed by UPSC for optional paper.So you can choose chemistry.Choice of other than chemistry as optional solely depends upon your interests and subjects you have studied.So visit UPSC official websites(www.upsc.gov.in) and see what are other optional paper provided by them and then select your preference All the best
