Dear Friend

Whatever you have heard is totally wrong ,it is nothing like that .The process of selection of IAS officers are crystal clear and no one has to pay bribe except the examination fee.It is totally false information passed to you.

Only meritorious candidates are selected in the three steps :

The first hurdle is the Civil service aptitude test .After clearing this you become eligible for the Main examination .

If you clear both the examinations,you become eligible for the personal interview.All the three steps are transparent ,so there is no chance of paying bribe to anyone .

You will have to be an all rounder in all field that is knowledge in different areas in order to compete the Civil services examinations

So just concentrate on your studies and do hard labour with full concentration and motivation so that you can clear the examination in first attempts.

Go through all the previous papers and other sources of general knowledge which will let you clear the CSAT.

If you are unable to do preparation yourself ,please join any good coaching institute like Rao's IAS academy,Chanakya's IAS academy ,Vajiram and Ravi IAS etc for better preparation.

Always motivate yourself that you can do that and never lose concentration and remove all these false information from your mind and have belief on your talent.

no dear and don't even dare to give any kind of bribe to any official of upsc, you would be subjected to jail. the selection system of ias is very pure and impartial.
