It is very good Idea that you are using previous years question papers in your preparation because these papers gives you enough knowledge about each question pattern asked in examination and also help you to cover the syllabus easily according to the requirement of the examination so you should use all these papers and try to solve each paper more than thrice

You can get the previous year question papers of Engineering Service Examination from official website of UPSC Previous Question paper link. Even you can buy the Question bank for Engineering Entrance examination. For exam point of you, i am uploading last two year question papers of Engineering Examination. it seems that you are not well known about IES(Indian Engineering Services) Exam. So please note that for IES you must have engineering degree in any Branch from recognized college or university. As you need only Engineering in any Branch, so you can apply for the exam. Final year Engineering candidates are also eligible to write exam.
but there is a problem. In IES exam there is no Subjects Related to Electronics and Communication Engineering. and So you are required to give the papers by choosing any one of the following four streams.

1. Civil Engineering
2. Electrical Engineering
3. Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
4. Mechanical Engineering

So i am extremely sorry to say that you won't able to get question papers of IES exam for ECE branch. because UPSC does not conduct exam for ECE branch. you can get question papers for any branch from the listed above in PDF format.

So first of all you have to decide in which branch you are going to apply. here i am uploading previous year papers for IES exam which will be helpful for you.

for IES your age must be within 21 years to 30 years . there is relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

For IES there is no limit of number of attempts. you can apply any number of times within age limit.
