Dear before telling you procedure of Combined Medical Service Examination I would like to inform you something about eligibility criteria required for this examination which is following

All those candidates who have completed or appearing final year of M.B.B.S - Bachelor's of Medicine and Bachelor's of Surgery are only eligible to apply for UPSC Combined Medical Service Examination

No other qualifications will be accepted by the commission in case of being eligible for this examination and remember that aspirants should have passed in all practical and theory examination then only they will be considered eligible to apply for this examination

Age limits are - Minimum 21 years of age is required and should not be more than 32 years as on 1st of January 2013 and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines that is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates

According to you qualification - Dental Graduate that means you have completed your graduation in dental surgery or Bachelor's of Dental Surgery Course (BDS) then we are sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for this examination because according to official requirement, you should posses a degree of MBBS from a reputed institute or university that you do not have that is why you can not apply for this examination

Combined Defense Service - Indian Army
Indian Civil Service Examination - IAS/ IPS/ IFS/ IRS etc.
Central Police Force - Assistant Commandant Examination
