NDA exam is the best exam to join Defense services after 12th standard like ;-

Indian navy

Indian air force


Your age should be between 16.5-19 years.

You must be Unmarried Indian citizen.

Scheme of the Examination

Papers will be objective type. Medium of examination is English only.

Syllabus for Entrance Examination

Paper I - Mathematics: (Maximum Marks 300)

Arithmetic, Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics.

Paper II - General Ability

Dear Aspirant! National Defense Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy examinations are conducted by UPSC twice in every year. --> By the below syllabus only questions asked in the examination. NDA examinations consists of TWO (2) papers. >>> Paper I: Mathematics 1.Algebra 2.matrices and Determinations 3.Trigonometry 4.Analytical Geometry of two and three dimensions 5.Differential Calculus 6.Integral Calculus and Differential Equations 7.Vector algebra 8.Statistics and Probability >>> Paper II: Part A:- English Part B :- General Knowledge. This part consists of questions from the subjects of Physics,General Science,Chemistry,Social Studies,Geography and Current events.

For NDA-National Defence Academy & NA-Naval Academy Exam there are two kind of paper. 1- Mathematics and 2- General Ability test(GAT). Both the papers are Objective type. you have 4 option of each question. Mathematics(120 Questions) Total marks is 300(Time Duration-2hrs 30mints) and General Ability Test(GAT)(150 Question) Time Duration 2hrs 30mints) total marks is 600.

Upcoming NDA Exam II 2013 will be commenced on 11 August 2013.

NDA Exam is commenced by UPSC twice in a year.

NDA Exam is commenced in three stages:

>> Written Test

>> SSB Training and Interview

>> Medical Test

Friend, please note that# Recruitment process of NDA/NA Examination includes a written objective type paper, SSB Interview and medical test.# The standard of wriiten objective type examination is of 10+2 level.# It is advised to the candidate that he should prepare the syllabus by referring the NCERT Books from 6th standard to 12th standard.# Candidate should taken into account the books namely history, geography, economics, mathematics, english, physics, chemistry, biology, Indian polity etc.# A thorough and sincere study will make your work much easier.
