    NDA stands for the national defence academy so thephysical fitness criteriafor the same is same as other defnce services criteria so these are as follows-
    -You need to be totally physically fit if you like to apply for the NDA examination .
    -you should run 1.5 mile in a given period of time.
    -You need to do chinups and pushups.
    -if you fail in any of the test then you will be rejected.
    -You should not have any kind of medical problems as well.
    -you need to be away from any of the diseases.
    -you must not have the follow disease as follows-
    Hydrocele.
    Piles.
    Any STD.
    Gynacomastia.
    Aspirant should avoid doing wrong practices like risky things which can harm the body oparts of the person before the medical examination.
    To maintain the fitness you need to wake ups early in the morning then you need to drink a raw egg and after that run for a long race.
    Try to build your body for the fitness and not for showing to others .

    in what manner we maintain our body for clear nda physical test.what things we avoid and what can we do for phisically fit for nda exam.
