Hai,Eligibility details for IAS exam are given below.--> you should be complete a graduation.--> you must be a citizen of india.--> percentage is not important.--> the age limits are 21 to 30years.--> graduation must be complete from a recognized university.--> selection is based on three steps i.e preliminary and mains exams, personal interview.Best of luck.

Yes You can apply .You have completed CA course .

Indian Administration Service (IAS) exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission .

Qualifications required for IAS are
1) You must be Indian Citizen
2)Your age should be in 21 to 30 years
3)You must hold a degree from a recognised university with minimum 55% of marks

There are 3 exams to become a IAS Officer
1) Preliminary Exam
2) Main Exam
3) Interview

I eligiblty list for the IAS exam.
AGE
general 21 to 30.
OBC 21 to 33.
SC/ST 21 to 35.
Attempts
General 4.
OBC 7.
SC/ST no limits.
Eye sight 6/6 to 6/9.
Physically fit.
should to be an indian citizen.
