    ya sure dear,
    if your college is under well recognized university of ugc then you will surely be considered for upsc exams.
    being a graduate you can apply for upsc civil services exam,cpf,ifs etc
    for all these exams your age should be not less than 21 years and not more that 30 years if you are a general category aspirant.

    Candidate belonging to OBC and SC/ST category gets an age relaxation of 3 and 5 years respectively.

    be careful about number of attempts also

    for general category aspirants there are only 4 attempts
    for obc category aspirants there are 7 attempts
    for sc/st there is no limit on the attempts.

    Dear Candidate

    the required qualification for the UPSC exam is degree from recognized university it does not mater whether you complete it by attending evening classes or morning classes.

    the age limit for UPSC civil service exam is 21 year to 30 year.

    DEAR SIR,the essential educational qualification for the UPSC exams is holding a graduation degree or equivalent from a university recognized by the UGC or being afinal year student in the same.So you must be glad to know that you are completely eligible for the exams conducted by the UPSC.Just make sure you are an Indiancitizen and you fall within the age group of 21-30 yrs.Prepare well.

    If the College/University is recognised by UGC, there is no reason why it shouldn't be accepted.

    hey friend
    for upsc exams you have to have your degree certificate.
    it does not depend on that how you get the degree my morning education or by evening education.
    so, you are eligible for this.

    I just wanted to know, if i complete my degree in Evening college (Recognised), will i be eligible for UPSC exams..?
