Both the institutes are equally good, you cannot rate them. Dont have confusion in selecting institutes, join in any one of them. In the modern digital era, we can obtain notes from any institute , its available in the market. YOu can buy both vajiram notes and Rao's notes for all subjects anywhere in India. So instead of wasting time, concentrate on preparation. In civil services exam, how much quality time you spend reading is the most important, coaching centres are only guiding forces.

in UPSC exams self study matters alot instead of any institute,so you should concentrate on self study.
and if you realy want to go for institute then check its past record,time in coaching for upsc Exams
