do not worry about this situation. UPSC has provided the facility to fill the examination form online.

you can Apply for CMS exam online on following official link of UPSC:

http://www.upsconline.nic.in/

not that before applying for the exam check the eligibility Criteria for the exam.

Eligibility Criteria For CMS:

1. MBBS degree

2. you must not reach the age of 32 years.

You may apply for this Examination in Both the Online as well as Offline .

You may apply for this Examination in Online by the Visiting the Official website of UPSC .

You may also Collect the Examination application form from the Post Office.

CMS Combined Medical Service and this Examination is Organized by Union Public Service . This Examination is held every Once in a year .

Eligibility Criteria Criteria (CMS ) :-

Applicant Should be passe M.B.B.S examination of a recognized University

Final year candidate may also eligible to apply for this Examination .

The Aspirant age should not More than 32 years and Upper age relaxation will applicbale for sc/st candidates and obc candidates

Combined Medical Examination Pattern :-

Paper ==> I :-

=General ability
=General Medicine
=Paediatrics .

Paper ==> II :-

=Surgery
=Gynaecology
=Obstetrics
=Preventive
=Social Medicine .

ou can apply for the exam through online or offline.
The candidate can apply for this exam via online and offline mode. In offline mode, the candidate can purchase the application forms from several post offices as mentioned in the exam brochure.
They should fill the application form and send the application form to the specified address. They should pay a fees of Rs.100/- . The reserved category candidates as well as female candidates need not pay the fees.
They can apply for this exam through online mode as well.
For that they can visit the official website and fill the online application form. After completely filling the form they should click the submit button. They will receive an acknowledgement specifying a registration number and password which should be kept for future reference

Combined Medical Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission Once in a year.

Eligibility Criteria :-

The Aspirant must be completed M.B.B.S examination of a recognized University or equivalent qualification and those who are appearing in the final year of degree course can apply for this examination but pre-final year of degree course may not eligible to apply for this examination.

The Aspirant must not have attained the age of 32 years on 1st January 2012 ( i.e the aspirant must have been born not earlier than 2nd January , 1990 ) and relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/OBC/PH candidates . Maximum five years is given to the Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribes , Maximum three years is given to the Other Backward Caste candidates.

Offline :- The application forms are available in various designated post offices across the country .

Application Fee :-

The Aspirant can be pay the fee either by remitting the money in any branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card.

This year notification was already released in the official website of UPSC as well as employment news papers and Last date for receipt of application : 24.04.12 , the examination will be held on 17.06.12

Written examination :-

Paper - I : General ability , General Medicine , Paediatrics .

candidates who have completed their MBBS or are in the final year are eligibile for this exam. The age of candidate must be less than 32 years as on 1 January 2012. Candidates can apply Online as well offline also.

Once the notifications come out,you can apply online as well as offline.The forms are available in book stores also only if you have to pay the fee you got to get CRFS stamp from post offices which must be available there.Good Luck!

For combined Medical Services Exam..candidate must apply online by using the website (www.upsconline.nic.in).Details are available in the above mentioned website.The online application can be filled upto 23rd april 2012 till 11.59pm after which the link will be disabled.
