Re: Which option should I prefer between CPF (AC) and Bank PO after my graduation? CPF(AC) and Bank PO are quite different type of career. The CPF (AC) is starting level group A post of central govt. It is basically a police and para-military service. You have to be brave and physically fit for this job. This job requires both mental and physical ability. Yor pay band and grade pay will be similar with the IAS, IPS and other cental group A services. Your gross salary will be around Rs. 40000 at the starting. Remember the job is risky, you may have to deal with the maoists in remote places. You can join CRPF, CISF, SSB, ITBP, BSF etc. On the oyher hand Bank POs make your career to get the highest level posts in public sector banks. Not a tough job like police and para military. Starting salary less is than Rs. 30000. Now decide what you will choose or prefer considering your nature and character.
