Dear,

RAW stands for Central Research and Analysis Wing. It is conducted by UPSC in the every year. RAW comes under IB(Intelligence Bureau).Not only RAW but also CID(Criminal Investigation Department) and CBI(Central Bureau Investigation) are come under IB.

Qualifications:
1.You must completed degree with 60%
2.You must have 165 Cm height
3.Your age must be in between 21 to 30 years

Selection process:
1.Written exam
2.Technical round
3.Physical and Medical tests
4.Personal Interview

How to apply:
You can apply through post as
1.Buy an application form and fill it.
2.Then add your certificates to the application form
4.And then post it.

Syllabus for written exam:
1.Aptitude
2.GK
3.Current affairs
4.economics&history
4.mental ability

Dear Friend,

There is no direct recruitment for Joining RAW.
it is highly specialized and a highly classified department of government dealing in Secret Services for the nation.
RAW agency selects the candidate who are working in various departments of government on the basis of their performance and intellectual ability.
It is not so easy like we see in the movies.
You should working in Government department of Defense, BSF, Army etc.
If you have that potential to join the RAW than you will be recommended by your superiors to the agency.
But it requires much much higher standards and intellectual ability to work for RAW.
So start preparing yourself to give your best of the best for UPSC Exams.
If your aim is RAW than only best won't do any good.

Hi Aspirant,

RAW stands for Research and analysis wings.

It is the top most secret agency of India which tracks all the activities of enemy country, terrorist and other anti social activities.


Raw don�t conducts any recruitment exam directly.

Its reason may be that through recruitment spy of other country and terrorist can enter in raw.

It choose all the personnel and spy from the other department and agency of India like Army, Police, CISF, CRPF, Intelligence bureau, NCB, CBI and CID.

They choose quite patriot personnel according to their jobs background, their profile.

So friend instead of RAW you can choose army, Police, CISF, CRPF, Intelligence bureau etc.

You can apply for CISF, CBI, Intelligence bureau and paramilitary forces conducted by Staf Selection Commission.

If you want to join defense service, than you can choose Defense through NDA, CDS and AFCAT exam. That is conducted by UPSC every year.
