Dear Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC every year Graduate pass candidate or final year student can apply for this examination. Age should be between 21-30 years to preparation for the examination please follow these steps You should read newspaper You should read magazine You should watch news channel You should read NCERT books You should solved previous question paper You can help these books RS Agarawal Upkar Prakashan Arihant Expert etc. Best of Luck
