Yes friend you can download the previous year question paper from UPSC official website http://upsc.gov.in

You should practice of previous year question paper regularly. It is good to sort out your week point and you can remove them.

Solve the one question paper minimum in a weak.

It will increase your solution speed and you can solve the question very rapidly.

AS you know Civil service exam is tough and need of very hard work.

Economics and management are good subject for the civil service exam.

In preliminary exam you will have to take two papers of general studies which are of qualifying nature.

So you should work hard for the preparation.
